Description
Lockton Re is looking to hire an IT Operations Analyst to join our growing Business Technology team - supporting the business in a crucial point in our growth journey.
The purpose of this role is to support application maintenance and end user queries where key tasks & duties will include:
- Diagnosing and resolving end user queries across the business application portfolio including liaising with appropriate infrastructure and development teams.
- Providing face-to-face desk side support and be visible to the business.
- Administration of user accounts across all applications manage license allocation and monitor usage.
- Testing of upgrades and patches to ensure no break in application availability.
- Providing end user training and maintain documentation.
- Proactively improving efficiency and automation.
- Maintaining application catalogue and drive compliance with internal security and operational controls.
- Assisting with projects as needed.
Candidate Profile

- Experience in application support particularly if aligned to the insurance industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT Service Management.
- Knowledge of reinsurance Salesforce OpenTwins document management preferred.
