Qualifications:

Coaching experience and knowledge of the sport
Ability to motivate and connect with teenage student-athletes
Transformational approach to coaching with an importance placed on character development in student-athletes
Understanding of all facets of a successful athletic program
Willingness to support all athletic programs while working with other head coaches to reach common goals
Strong leader and communicator
