Franklin Pierce University invites applications and nominations for the position of Open Rank Faculty Member in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program located in Manchester New Hampshire. The university seeks a collaborative faculty member specializing in Neurological Management Motor Control and Foundations in Physical Therapy. A commitment to the profession of Physical Therapy contemporary education and the inclusive excellence of our students is fundamental to success in this position.
Reporting to the DPT-NH Program Director the DPT faculty member will play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of physical therapists. This full-time 12-month in-person faculty position includes curriculum development delivery assessment student advisement scholarship and active committee membership alongside leadership in service to both the university and the profession community outreach and the ongoing fulfillment of a scholarly agenda that informs their teaching and research interests. Faculty are expected to teach short modules or lab experiences in courses beyond their assigned course load where their expertise is needed to strategically build curriculum and topic information. The new faculty member will join a well-established in-person program dedicated to providing evidence-based educational practice.
