Job Summary
Lone Star Bakery Inc. is looking for a SaniTech Lead for the day shift.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs daily inspection of equipment prior to start-up to ensure all guards are in place emergency stops are functioning and the line is safe to begin.
- Completes daily safety inspection checklist.
- Displays leadership and interpersonal skills and accurately completes relevant forms as needed.
- Displays a mechanical aptitude and is able to assemble disassemble and clean equipment on any production line from beginning to end.
- Demonstrates problem prevention and solutions.
- Performs multiple cleaning tasks and is able to maintain multiple cleaning areas.
- Participate actively in the team goals and concepts.
- Demonstrates compliance with all employee and food safety programs.
Job Requirements Education & Certifications
- Ability to team-lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to be on feet all day and perform walking stooping and bending functions as required.
- Must be able to complete relevant company documents.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple task and priorities.
