Were looking for a Service Team Leader - FIFA Events in our Fort Worth TX facility - a role that will help us to power progress for our customers.

What you will do:

  • Youll be based out of our Fort Worth TX service center

  • Years of experience managing a team of technical employee

  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.

  • Coordinate daily assignments and ensure tasks are completed on time and to standard.

  • Manage cable and parts inventory in the warehouse

  • Collaborate with logistics warehouse and venue teams to align service delivery with operational needs

  • Coordinate and oversee equipment preparation and yard testing to ensure functionality and safety

  • Source negotiate and purchase materials equipment and services for warehouse and venue operations.

  • Collaborate with internal team to understand material requirements and timelines

  • Purchase order management

  • Ensure that facilities and work areas are safe clean and fully operational handle purchase order of parts and service order execution

  • Provide effective and timely support to customers and service center team schedule and coordinate the appropriate and timely deployment of fleet and staff for daily activities and project work

  • Assist with Equipment allocation and assist all stakeholders involved in the process provision of reporting and analysis for Fleet & Logistics Manager

We are experts which means you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum of an Associates degree or relevant years of experience preferably in the Power generation and HVAC industry

  • Demonstrated 3-5 years Supervising facility management or warehouse management

  • Preferably experienced with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO (International Standards Organization) 9001 standards. Skilled in managing budgets with an accounting mindset.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint and Projects.
