Join our team as a Pediatric Float Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Syracuse NY. This role supports day-shift operations across pediatric units requiring flexibility to work in diverse clinical settings while delivering exceptional patient care.

Qualifications:
- Education:High School Diploma or equivalent
- Licensure:Active New York State CNA Certification
- Experience:Minimum 1 year of patient care experience Level 1 trauma experience required
- Technical Skills:Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain/re-certify)
- Soft Skills:Adaptability compassion teamwork and strong communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in pediatric units as a float CNA
- Assist with daily living activities vital signs and patient monitoring
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless unit coverage
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to safety protocols
