Job Summary
Overview:
Are you passionate about fitness friendly with people and eager to grow in a dynamic health and wellness environment Were looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Member Services & Shake Bar Representative. This role is a great starting point for someone looking to build a future in personal training sports performance coaching or marketing.
Youll start at our shake bar and front desk learning the ropes of day-to-day operations member engagement and the sales process. From there well help you find your strengths and carve out a growth path that fits your interests and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Member Services

Greet and check in members with a positive professional attitude

Answer phone calls and assist with membership sign-ups renewals and inquiries
-
Promote gym services events and specials
-
Assist with scheduling group exercise classes
-
Provide basic support for member issues or direct them to the right team member
Shake Bar Duties
-
Prepare and serve smoothies protein shakes and nutritional beverages/snacks
-
Maintain cleanliness organization and product stock in shake bar and front desk areas

Handle POS transactions for shakes retail items and memberships
What Were Looking For:

Friendly energetic and coachable team player

Interest in fitness health or wellness-related fields
-
Previous customer service retail or barista experience is a plus but not required

Strong multitasking and communication skills

Comfortable learning basic sales and technology systems

Availability for Midday and closing shifts ranging from 12 pm-11 pm plus some weekends
Compensation:
-
$16.00$17.00/hour based on experience
