About the Role
As a Residential Property Solicitor youll manage a diverse portfolio of property transactions providing expert legal guidance to homebuyers sellers and property investors.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Residential Property Transactions:
- Handling property sales and purchases
- Conducting thorough property searches
- Reviewing and drafting contract documentation
- Managing conveyancing processes
- Addressing complex property legal issues
- Client Relationship Management:
- Providing clear accessible legal advice
- Maintaining regular client communication
- Managing client expectations
- Ensuring smooth transaction experiences
- Building long-term client relationships
- Legal and Compliance Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with property law regulations
- Conducting legal due diligence
- Managing property-related documentation
- Addressing title issues and restrictions
- Providing advice on property rights and obligations

What Were Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with:
- Newly Qualified (NQ) status or
- Up to 5 years post-qualification experience
- Strong academic background in property law
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Proficiency in:
- Residential conveyancing
- Property searches
- Contract preparation
- Client relationship management
- Commercially aware approach
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

- Experience in complex residential transactions
- Understanding of local property markets
- Knowledge of first-time buyer processes
