Job Description & Responsibilities
Join an established group of 3 MDs and 3 Advanced Practice Clinicians
180 Bed Primary Hospital with Level III Trauma Center
Instant Referral Base provided by over 100 Primary Care Clinicians
Full Support Staff including APCs with Surgical Residents and Medical Student Interaction
Call Responsibility limited to Primary Hospital with APCs taking 1st Inpatient Call
General Surgery Residents
State of the Art ORs with one devoted to the Xi DaVinci Surgical System
Some travel for Regional Patient Care
Salary Range: $515000 - $619000.00 significant incentive potential. This compensation range represents our good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to qualifications experience education licenses specialty training and fair market evaluation based on industry standards
We offer Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment.
Sign-on Bonus up to $200000
Residency stipend up to $60000 available up to 18 months prior to graduation. If applicable candidate must be permitted to receive the stipend under U.S. immigration laws
