Join our team at Integrity Home Health Care! As a valued nurse youll work one-on-one with patients in their homes and communities helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
This role focuses on routine skilled nursing visits (3060 minutes) for medication setup and general health assessments. Its a chance to use your skills with purpose and make a lasting difference for patients and their families.
We are currently recruiting for an LPN or RN to reliably serve patients in the following areas:
- Jasper County MO surrounding counties
- PPV pay per visit
- Routine 30-60min in home visits
- Flexible scheduling -
- We are looking for someone Part Time with opportunity to grow case load over time.
- Approx. 10 weekly visits 10 monthly visits
- Nurse to schedule visits accordingly within month.
- Potential to gain additional visits possible in the future.
- Approx. 10 weekly visits 10 monthly visits
- No Nights No Weekends No Holidays No On-Call unless so desired by Nurse/Client for visits
- Use of a company car pick up/drop off at the Joplin office or option for mileage reimbursement in personal vehicle
- We are looking for someone Part Time with opportunity to grow case load over time.

Qualifications:
- Current MO/Compact RN or LPN license in good standing.
- 1yr of paid RN or LPN experience
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
