Director of Human Resources
Were seeking a hands-on Director of Human Resources to help build and scale a high-performing mission-driven organization. Essential Functions:
- Lead mentor and develop a high-performing HR team ensuring collaboration and alignment across functions for a multi-state organization.
- Build scalable recruiting systems to attract top-tier talent across clinical and administrative teams.
- Design career growth pathways and training programs for every role in the company.
- Partner with senior leadership to align people strategy with business goals.
- Coach and mentor your HR team setting clear KPIs and performance standards.
- Drive employee engagement and retention through culture structure and transparency.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices across all states of operation.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of HR leadership experience including at least 3 years in a Director or Head of HR role.
- Proven success scaling recruiting and HR operations in a growing multi-location company.
- Strong knowledge of career progression performance management and team training.
- Confident communicator and people-first leader who loves building systems not just maintaining them.
- Hands-on operator someone who can lead strategy and roll up their sleeves to execute.
- Experience with HRIS systems (UKG a plus).
- Bachelors degree required; SHRM-SCP SPHR or Masters preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Salary range starting at $110000; final offer will be determined by experience and qualifications.
Job Location:In-person; local travel between offices may be required.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.
