Position Summary

Job Responsibilities

The Facility Attendant will be responsible for the following:

• Kitchen Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen area including dishwashing restocking supplies and ensuring the area is always clean and ready for use.
• Grocery Shopping/Ordering Lunches: Assist with grocery shopping or ordering lunches as required.
• Snow Removal: Perform light snow removal duties around the mine site including sidewalks entrances and pathways ensuring safe access to buildings.
• Transportation: Drive company vehicles to and from the airport hotels etc. to transport individuals or run miscellaneous errands. Ensure safe and timely travel arrangements.
• Office or Apartment Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform general office or apartment cleaning duties including vacuuming dusting mopping window washing cleaning bathrooms and ensuring overall cleanliness and organization of office and personal spaces.
• Site Upkeep: Assist with maintaining a safe and organized environment by reporting any maintenance needs or hazards.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and restock supplies for office kitchen and cleaning materials.
• Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the office and site facilities.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid drivers license.
• MSHA Certification will be required.

Education

• High School Diploma.

Physical Requirements

• Availability for transportation duties including occasional after-hours work if needed.Good physical stamina and ability to perform light physical tasks (snow removal lifting supplies etc.).

Salary Range:

• $28 an hour.

Benefits:

• ESST: Employee will be eligible to accrue sick and safe time accrued at one (1) hour of sick and safe time for every thirty (30) hours worked up to a maximum of forty-eight (48) hours in a calendar year.
