Job Summary
US Citizenship is required for this position -
All qualified candidates will be responded to in 24 hrs or less.
Employment type: Full Time or C2C or 1099.
Bachelors in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) Minimum of 2 years of relevant engineering experience Experience in an engineering design and development environment with at least 2 years of direct experience with Test Equipment design and development tasks.
Experience leading technical teams and projects
Experience with National Instruments TestStand LabWindows/CVI and/or LabVIEW Digital and/or Analog and/or RF and/or power supply test hardware design experience
Experience with routine use and/or automation of commercial test and measurement equipment i.e. Oscilloscopes DMMs network analyzers power supplies etc.
Prefered Experience with project management tools such as MS Project Jira/Confluence and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) tracking software
Lead development of test hardware software and/or firmware through its development cycle from requirements definition through deployment at manufacturing or customer facilities. These test capabilities may span disciplines (Power RF Analog Digital) and domains (hardware software firmware)
Work with Prime Engineering Production and Operations teams early in development cycle to identify capability and capacity needs for manufacturing test and ensure smooth deployment to manufacturing facilities
Actively identify test readiness issues and optimizations through the development lifecycle
Lead medium-to-large sized teams to meet project budget schedule and performance commitments
Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
