- Position Title: Director of Sales and Marketing
- Location: Gainesville VA
- Experience: Senior Living experience preferred
- Compensation: $82000 per year lucrative commissions depending on experience

Qualifications
- Degree in Business Marketing or Healthcare.
- Prior experience as a marketing manager marketing director sales director or equivalent in assisted living senior living or memory care is preferred.
- Open to home health sales hospice sales or SNF marketing
- Current and valid drivers license.
- Excellent skills in communication organization and relationship-building.
Responsibilities
- Proactively seek out prospective residents and families for assisted living services.
- Coordinate referral process for patients starting skilled nursing services.
- Provide the highest level of customer service including building the prospect CRM database responding to inquiries generating tours and performing purposeful follow up.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local hospitals clinics and other referral sources.
