Job Summary

About the Role
As a Senior Team Lead you will maintain an overview of daily operations while proactively anticipating and mitigating potential issues. You will support Team Leads and Warehouse Workers ensuring they have the equipment tools and resources to perform their tasks effectively. Safety is at the heart of everything we do and you will serve as a Safety Ambassador and role model for your team. Your insights and initiatives will inspire operational optimizations and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations anticipating and resolving potential challenges
- Support and coach Team Leads and Warehouse Workers ensuring optimal performance
- Act as a Safety Ambassador promoting a safe working environment
- Inspire and implement process optimizations to increase efficiency and operational excellence
- Operate effectively in a multi-client warehouse environment
We Are Looking For
- Warehouse and logistics education with relevant professional experience
- Academic background preferred
- Proven experience in multi-client operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Forklift certification required
- Proactive solution-oriented and safety-conscious mindset
