About the job

Are you passionate about people development and curious to see how HR shapes a global organization Join Alfa Laval Kolding as a Student Assistant working directly with our HR Business Partners Ewa Poulsen and Anne Juel Bruun.

Youll support projects that make a real difference; from organizing leadership forums and development events to preparing materials for high-performance team programs. Youll also assist with daily HR operations and administrative tasks that keep our people strategy running smoothly. Administrative tasks will be a key part of your responsibilities giving you valuable insight into how HR operations run behind the scenes. Depending on the week this may take up more than 50% of your time.

This is your opportunity to get hands-on experience in what HR Business Partners do every day: people development succession planning employee relations and organizational growth. No two days are the same and every day is a chance to learn something new.

What you know

• Youre currently studying Human Resources Psychology Sociology Business Administration or a related field with at least 23 years left in your studies.

• You speak and write fluent English.

• You dont need previous HR experience. Just curiosity drive and a willingness to learn.
