Data Engineer Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop construct test and maintain architectures such as databases and large-scale processing systems.
- Ensure data quality integrity and security across all systems.
- Design and implement efficient data pipelines for both batch and real-time processing.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Optimize data processes for performance and scalability.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python Java or Scala.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational and non-relational databasesli>
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop Spark or Kafka.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS GCP or Azure.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and frameworks.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: $124000 - $148900 per year
