- Bachelors degree
- 10 years of proven experience in healthcare strategy and partnership
- Consistent track record of developing novel healthcare business models or healthcare product partnerships from concept to launch
- Deep understand of the healthcare market globally - providers payors governments digital technology solutions and understanding the varying perspectives that influence care - including reimbursement common software used and clinical workflows.
- An MBA is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to synthesize information simplify sophisticated concepts and build consensus with large cross-functional teams and individuals at all levels
- Ability to think strategically see around corners plan several steps ahead make connections and clear roadblocks
