Title: Residential Counselor - MAP
Location: Elm St Halifax
Pay Range: $20 - $23.75
Schedule: 40Hours - Sunday - Wednesday 11PM - 9AM
FLSA: Non-Exempt

What Youll Do:
Provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments (GLE) fostering skills for daily living and community integration. Key responsibilities include:
- TeachADLs(cooking budgeting medication management) and socialization skills.
- ImplementTreatment Plansand behavioral interventions under clinician guidance.
- Administer/supervise medications perMAP guidelinesand document care.
- Transport residents to appointments and community activities.
- Advocate for residents needs and model healthy coping strategies.
- Maintain a safe clean home environment and complete timely documentation.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma/GED; mental health experience preferred.
- Valid drivers license and ability to assist with mobility (bending standing etc.).
- Strong communication skills (English) and basic computer proficiency.
- Compassion patience and a commitment to trauma-informed care.
- Bonus: Lived experience or multilingual abilities (e.g. Spanish Portuguese).
