Full Stack Developer:

Should be primarily experienced in front-end frameworks able to create design and implement business solutions from scratch while also being well-versed in backend enough to maintain create additional code fix bugs and suggest new solutions in the backend code.

Core Skills (Primary - 70%):
Hard Skills:
React/ (Experienced) TypeScript/JavaScript
MSAL Auth flows Ag-Grid React GraphQL client-side libraries HTML/CSS

Nice to have:
Tailwind CSS Figma
Core Skills (Secondary 30%):
o C#/.NET (Proficiency) Azure Functions REST/GraphQL API development SQL (T-SQL query optimization) Dependency Injection Git.

Competencies:
o Design-to-Code Execution: Exceptional ability to translate high-fidelity Figma designs into pixel-perfect responsive and accessible UI.
o Frontend Performance: A strong understanding of React performance best practices (hooks state management memoization) to build a fast fluid user experience.
o UI/UX Acumen: Possesses a keen eye for detail and a user-centric mindset ensuring the UI is not just functional but also intuitive and easy to use.
o Collaborative Mindset: A team player who proactively communicates with backend developers to define API contracts and data needs.
