We are looking for an innovative GTM Engineer to own and optimize our end-to-end B2B buyer journey. This role will be a critical player in defining and implementing strategies to engage high-potential ICP accounts convert pipeline into revenue and experiment across the customer journey to discover new paths to growth. This person will leverage cutting-edge GTM tools and technologies AI-driven automation and data insights to enable our Sales SDR KAM and Marketing teams to perform at their best.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of modern GTM tech stacks thrives on rapid experimentation and is equally comfortable with data analytics and creative ideation. Success in this role means an efficient cost-effective and unified buyer journey that drives revenue and growth.
What youll be doing:
- Own our dynamic scoring model and Track Intent Signals Across ICP Accounts
- Leverage data insights to prioritize high-potential accounts improving targeting accuracy for Sales and Marketing teams.
- Implement and maintain tracking mechanisms for intent signals across high-value accounts utilizing data insights to inform engagement strategies.
- Continuously analyze account behavior to guide personalized outreach and timely engagement helping the team stay ahead of buyer intent.
- Lead Allocation and Orchestration
- Develop lead allocation processes to ensure optimal distribution of leads to i) sales reps and ii) fully automated campaigns.
- Work closely with Sales (SDR AE) to refine allocation strategies based on rep capacity account potential and current engagement metrics.
- Own the Revenue Orchestration Stack
- Manage integrate and optimize key revenue tools (Getcargo Clay Lusha Zoominfo) integrating into Preply current tech stack.
- CDP: Snowflake
- Intent tracker: Captaindata RB2B Linkup Perpexlity TheirStack etc.
- Outreach solution: Outreach HeyGen etc.
- CRM: Salesforce & hubspot
- Bi tool: Looker Hightouch
- Ensure all tools within the stack work together seamlessly providing actionable insights and operational efficiencies that enhance the buyer journey and streamline sales processes.
- Drive Pipeline Generation and Opportunity Alignment
- Ensure the right resources are aligned with the right opportunities to maximize effectiveness and pipeline coverage.
- Oversee AE lead allocation to match account potential and rep expertise.
- Optimize SDR allocation for targeted engagement with high-priority accounts.
- Spearhead growth campaigns to create and nurture opportunities that drive revenue impact
What you need to succeed:
- Proven experience in GTM operations revenue operations or a related role ideally within a B2B environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of modern GTM tech stacks revenue orchestration tools (e.g. Getcargo lead gen tools) and intent data tracking platforms.
- Experience in designing and implementing TAM models lead scoring and intent-based engagement strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive strategy and process improvements.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with experience aligning Sales Marketing and RevOps strategies.
- Ability to manage complex tech stacks and integrate new technologies to support scalable growth.
