Rather than serving as static decor these art forms evolve with their communities. They transform functional spaces from something to look at into something to live within: a framework for brand and culture that adapts and endures.

As interior design evolves physical spaces are increasingly integrating multi-sensory elements to enhance the human experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and creating these memorable experiences. This design asset will further connect people to place and provide unique solutions tailored to our clients culture and brand.

The individual will use their creative expertise and understanding of experiential design to create impactful multi-sensory experiences within the built environment. Work could include large dynamic art installations bespoke wayfinding and unique client branding. This role will expand the firms user experience design offering across all sectors:Workplace Hospitality Government Commercial Senior Living and Healthcare. The role will also partner with Architecture and our unique offering in Lifescape to further enhance Kasians capabilities for enhancing the human connection between people and place.

Consultwithcolleaguesandclientstounderstandtheirdesignneedsandobjectivesrelativetoexperientialdesignasanartform.Artcanplayarolewhenitisapproachednotasdecorationbutasculturalinfrastructureasystemthatreflectsidentityfostersdialogueandadaptsovertime
CreatedesignconceptswiththeInteriorDesign/Architectureteamtoachieveaframeworkofsolutionsthatreflecttheclientscommunityandshapehowpeopleexperienceandmovethroughspace
WorkwiththeprojectDesignteamtoconfirmalignmentwiththeprojectprocessbudgetandscheduleaswellasclientexpectations.
Manage and produce all phases of the project as it relates to experiential design for the project from concept development to production of detailed drawings and specifications review shop drawings and coordination of installation.
Ensuredesignscomplywithallapplicablecodes
Stayupdatedonthelatestdesigntrendsmaterialsandproductionmethods
Coordinatewithprofessionalssuchasotherconsultantsfabricatorsinstallersandtheprojectteamtoensureprojectsuccess.
Perform site visits and inspections to ensure correct installation

Provenworkexperience(over5years)asanexperientialdesignerworkinginanarchitectural/Interiordesignfirmorotherspecializedconsultingfirmwithanabilitytounderstandarchitecturaldrawings.
Capableofmanagingateamandhasoverseenlarge-scaleprojects
Hasworkedinasenior-levelrolethatrequiresstrategicthinkingandahighdegreeofcreativityandproblem-solvingskills
BScdegreeinGraphicdesignIndustrialdesignInteriordesignFineArtsorrelatedfield.
ProficiencyindesignsoftwaresuchasAdobeCreativeSuiteInDesignPhotoshopIllustratorandREVITtocollaboratewithourarchitectureandinteriordesignteams.
