Job Summary

Position: Admin Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Admin Assistant to join our team at an International Travel Company. This is a full-time.

As an Admin Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our company. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules coordinating meetings and travel arrangements and handling various administrative tasks. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring that our office runs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Manage and maintain executives schedules appointments and travel arrangements
  • - Coordinate and schedule meetings conferences and events
  • - Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
  • - Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate parties
  • - Maintain and update company databases and files
  • - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • - Assist with the preparation of reports presentations and other documents
  • - Monitor and order office supplies and equipment
  • - Provide general administrative support to all departments as needed

Qualifications:

  • - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus
  • - 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role preferably in the travel industry
  • - Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • - Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
  • - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • - Attention to detail and accuracy
  • - Professional and friendly demeanor
  • - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • - Knowledge of travel booking systems and procedures is a plus
