Founded in 2018 Mindler is a digital therapy service aimed at providing mental health treatment to adults experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
Mindler expanded into the UK in 2021 and since then weve been on a mission to provide patients with quick appointments whilst offering the best workplace for our clinicians.
In August 2025 we proudly acquired Ieso a pioneer in delivering online NHS talking therapies across the UK.
Ieso holds several NHS contracts across England and Scotland through both typed and video sessions making it easier for thousands of people to access effective evidence-based treatment when they need it most. Recently EMDR has been added as a clinical pathway for the product offer and so we are in need of an experienced supervisor to offer supervision to our clinicians that practice in this method.
Your key responsibilities would include:
- Providing EMDR group supervision
- Providing 1:1 supervision for high caseload holders in both CBT and EMDR.
- Answering tasks for supervisees in the patient management system
- Managing outcomes of EMDR patients across the cohort of EMDR supervisees.
- Switching pathways to CBT if EMDR is not appropriate and supervising the case in CBT.
- Managing patient and clinician data to ensure data compliance.
You need to have:
- A professional Postgraduate Qualification in CBT IAPT Talking Therapies.
- Full Accreditation with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
- Recognised training and/or accreditation in EMDR (e.g. EMDR Association UK Accredited Practitioner/Consultant or demonstrable equivalent experience).
- Supervision training to a minimum of the IAPT/Talking therapies standard.
- A minimum of 2 years post qualification
- Extensive experience working within adult mental health services.
- Able to offer expert clinical opinion on both CBT and EMDR particularly within an IAPT/NHS TT-compliant framework.
This is a full-time permanent position with a salary of 55000 per annum. There is a requirement to cover two evenings per week and weekend risk cover on a rota.
