At Homes for Support youll play a key role in helping young people aged 1621 including care leavers and unaccompanied asylum-seeking children build confidence develop independence and prepare for adulthood.
Youll provide day-to-day guidance emotional support and practical help that empowers young people to thrive and achieve their personal goals.

What youll be doing:
Supporting young people in their daily routines cooking cleaning budgeting and personal organisation
Encouraging positive emotional wellbeing and resilience through consistent caring relationships
Helping young people access education training or employment opportunities
Advocating for young people and promoting their voice in decisions that affect them
Keeping clear accurate records and reports in line with safeguarding and regulatory standards
Working closely with Local Authorities social workers and partner agencies to ensure positive outcomes
What youll bring:
- Experience supporting young people in Supported Accommodation residential or community settings
- A genuine commitment to empowering young people to achieve independence
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Resilience empathy and a positive proactive approach
- A Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare or equivalent (or willingness to work towards this)
