We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed EYFS Teacher to join our inclusive and high-achieving primary school in Lincolnshire from January 2026. This is a permanent position open to full-time and part-time applicants with potential for a TLR for subject or phase leadershipfor the right candidate.

The Role
Position: EYFS Teacher
Location: Lincolnshire
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time Considered
TLR: Available for Subject or Phase Leadership (for the right candidate)

As our EYFS Teacher you will:

• Lead an Early Years class creating a stimulating play-based environment.
• Plan and deliver lessons that support early literacy numeracy and social-emotional development.
• Assess learning effectively to ensure all children make progress.
• Foster a positive inclusive classroom culture where every child feels valued.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues parents and support staff.
• (If applicable) Lead a subject or phase area as part of a TLR.

What Were Looking For
We welcome applicants who:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have experience in EYFS settings.
• Understand early years curriculum observation and assessment.
• Are reflective organised and excellent communicators.
• Demonstrate creativity energy and commitment to inclusion.
• Are willing to consider leadership responsibilities if seeking a TLR.
