We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 3 Teacher to join our inclusive and high-achieving primary school in Slough from January 2026. This is a permanent position open to full-time and part-time applicants with potential for a TLR for subject or phase leadership for the right candidate.

The Role
Position: Year 3 Teacher
Location: Slough
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time Considered
TLR: Available for Subject or Phase Leadership (for the right candidate)
As our Year 3 Teacher you will:
- Deliver inspiring lessons that support the transition from KS1 to KS2.
- Build childrens confidence and love for learning across subjects.
- Use formative and summative assessment to track progress.
- Create a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
- (If applicable) Take on subject or phase leadership responsibilities.
What Were Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching in Lower Key Stage 2.
- Passion for inspiring independent and curious learners.
- Organised creative and reflective teaching style.
- Commitment to inclusive practice.
- Willingness to consider a TLR.
