- Monitor and assess pupil progress using data to inform planning and interventions
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency share best practice and contribute to school improvement
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support pupils learning and wellbeing
- Contribute to the wider life of the school including assemblies events and enrichment activities
