Key Responsibilities
- Plan prepare and deliver engaging differentiated lessons for Year 5 pupils
- Foster a positive inclusive classroom environment that supports learning and well-being
- Monitor and assess pupil progress providing constructive feedback to inform next steps
- Collaborate with colleagues across Key Stage 2 to share best practice and support pupil outcomes
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support home learning
- Contribute to wider school life including events assemblies and enrichment activities
