Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework
- Create a stimulating and nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration and active learning
- Use continuous assessment to track pupil progress and inform future planning
- Work collaboratively with colleagues support staff and parents to support each childs holistic development
- Promote positive relationships inclusion and high expectations for all pupils
- Contribute to wider school life including early years events and enrichment activities
