Your Responsibilities
- Build and Manage the Consumer Marketing Team
- Develop and implement our Consumer marketing strategy to strengthen brand awareness and market presence across Europe.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns targeting healthcare professionals clinics distributors and consumers.
- Resposible for lead generation and nurturing activities in close collaboration with sales teams.
- Produce and optimize marketing materials (brochures presentations case studies white papers videos).
- Manage trade fairs congresses and industry events to effectively represent FORLIFE and drive new consumers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Coordinate digital D2C marketing efforts (LinkedIn newsletters webinars CRM campaigns).
- Monitor and report on KPIs ROI and campaign performance to continuously improve activities.
- Manage and source external digital agencies to support marketing initiatives
Your Profile
- Degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in consumer marketing ideally in medical devices pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
- Strong understanding of consumer sales cycles and customer relationship management.
- Experience in event management content marketing and lead generation.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM systems (HubSpot Salesforce or similar).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English & German.
- Proactive creative and structured way of working with a hands-on mentality.
