As they scale theyre looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations & Support Analyst to manage client support tickets and keep daily operations running smoothly.
Youll handle client support tickets assist internal teams with scheduling and documentation and coordinate simple vendor and logistics tasks.
This is a hands-on role in a lean international team where adaptability communication and follow-through are key.
Client Support & Ticket Management
Manage incoming support tickets and ensure timely professional responses.
Escalate or coordinate ticket resolutions across technical and operations teams.
Track issues update FAQs and identify opportunities for automation.
Operational Support & Coordination
Execute recurring operational and administrative tasks.
Support scheduling documentation and cross-team coordination.
Maintain and update internal process documentation (Notion Google Docs).
Vendor & Logistics Assistance
Assist with vendor communication assessment and onboarding.
Maintain records and documentation for vendor relationships.
Experience & Skills
13 years of experience in operations support or administrative coordination.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Experience using productivity tools (Google Workspace Notion Slack Excel/Sheets).
Familiarity with support ticket systems (HubSpot Intercom Zendesk) is a plus.
Basic familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT Claude Notion AI) or a strong interest in learning them.
