At AM PM we are experts in creating premium bathroom products that redefine the essence of luxury living. We are developing in the Danish market and are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team.
Tasks
- Develop and grow sales within our existing client A&O engaging their B2B customer base in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with professional plumbers at their offices as well as Demo Days at A&O stores delivering product presentations and trainings to raise awareness of AM PM products.
- Plan and execute sales activities to achieve targets including monitoring product placement and improving representation with existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with A&O personnel and their customers.
- Travel extensively (approximately 4 days per week) to meet clients and conduct on-site presentations.
- Support business development by identifying opportunities within A&Os client base and converting potential leads into long-term customers.
- Report weekly on activities and set goals for the following week.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a field manager or sales representative in a network channel (Non-Food: building materials plumbing household appliances).
- Strong sales negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and business growth.
- Ready for extensive travel across Denmark to meet clients and conduct on-site presentations (we compensate car rental or the use of your own vehicle).
- Able to work independently take decisions and take full responsibility for results.
- Experience in building and maintaining B2B client relationships.
