Job Summary
Director of Rehab (Permanent Role)
- Location: Hayward CA 94544
- Shift: 8:00 AM : 4:30 PM
- Schedule: 40 hours per week Monday Friday
- Pay Rate: $65-$70/hr
(Not Accepting: New grads COTAs or PTAs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department.
- Develop and implement policies procedures and programs for the department.
- Supervise and provide leadership to rehab staff including hiring training and performance evaluations.
- Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
- Manage departmental budget resources and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.
- 2 years of DOR experience.
- Previous management or supervisory experience.
- Leadership experience in a rehabilitation setting.
- Valid state therapist license (PT OT or SLP) Required.
