Job Summary

Job Title: QA Analyst (SDLC Agile Selenium/UFT/ALM)

Location: Austin TX (Hybrid -Local to Austin Area Only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Mandatory Qualifications

Strong knowledge of software development principles practices and the full SDLC including Agile methodologies.
Expertise in computer systems IT equipment programming languages computer hardware/software and operating systems.
Proven ability to analyze requirements user stories and acceptance criteria and to develop test plans and test scenarios to validate application functionality and business processes.
Skilled in analyzing software applications defects and business problems to provide evidence-based conclusions and innovative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in testing tools such as HP Unified Functional Testing (UFT) Katalon HP LoadRunner SoapUI LoadUI Selenium HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) HP Product Portfolio Management (PPM) SQL and XML.
Experience collaborating with developers testers and business users using Agile principles and methodologies.
Hands-on experience in manual and/or automated software quality assurance using tools like UFT SoapUI Selenium ALM PPM JIRA JAMA or PLSQL.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze business requirements user stories and acceptance criteria to develop detailed test plans and scenarios.
Design execute and maintain test scripts (manual or automated) to validate system functionality.
Identify document and track software defects and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
Ensure that testing activities adhere to established quality assurance standards and best practices.
Provide detailed reports on testing progress outcomes and quality metrics.
