Duration: 13 Weeks contract
Shift: 12-hour night shift (7pm to 7am)
Schedule: 36 hours per week/3 days in a week

Pay breakdown:

• Hourly rate - $67.00 $25.78 taxable $41.22 non-taxable
• OT rate - $90.00
• Weekly Gross - $2412.00 $928.00 taxable $1484.00 stipend

Job Summary:

Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU)
The Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care to critically ill adult patients with complex and life-threatening medical conditions. The RN will monitor assess and manage patients requiring intensive interventions such as mechanical ventilation hemodynamic support and advanced medication administration.

The ideal candidate is a skilled critical care nurse who demonstrates sound clinical judgment quick decision-making and strong teamwork abilities in a fast-paced high-acuity environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience within specialty required
• BLS ACLS & NIHSS certification required
• NY state license required
• No locals/75 miles radius rule
