Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities
Design develop test and deploy custom solutions including Apex Lightning Web
Components (LWC) Visualforce flows process builders and other configurations.
Develop and customize features within Salesforce Health Cloud some knowledge
around patient management care plans and interaction tracking will be beneficial.
Manage the integration of Salesforce with internal and external systems using
REST/SOAP APIs and other middleware tools.
Implement and optimize objects and processes related to Work Orders and Service
Requests to streamline device and patient support operations.
Ensure the highest quality of code and system functionality through unit testing code
reviews and adherence to best practices.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate complex business
requirements into technical solutions specifically focusing on Service Cloud Sales
Cloud and Experience Cloud functionalities.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer preferably within the healthcare
medical device or other heavily regulated technology industries.
Expertise in Salesforce customization and configuration including declarative and
programmatic development (Apex LWC SOQL SOSL).
Direct experience developing and configuring Salesforce Health Cloud features is
preferred.
Strong familiarity with implementing and managing the Work Order and Service
Request lifecycle within Salesforce Field Service or Service Cloud.
Experience with Salesforce deployment and release management tools (e.g.
DevOps Center Azure DevOps Git Copado).

Knowledge of or experience with Agentforce (or similar Service Console optimization
tools) is a plus.
Solid understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits security models and performance
optimization techniques.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II and
Health Cloud Accredited Professional are highly desirable.
