Job Description

We are looking for talented Full Stack Engineers who can build dynamic high-performance web

applications using on the frontend and Java / Spring Boot on the backend. The ideal

candidates are problem solvers who thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about

delivering seamless scalable and secure solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

8–10 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6) and TypeScript.
Strong backend expertise in Java (8) Spring Boot and RESTful API design.
Solid understanding of HTML5 CSS3 and modern UI frameworks (Material UI Tailwind).
Experience with databases MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB.
Familiarity with version control tools (Git / GitHub / GitLab).
Experience with API integration authentication (JWT/OAuth2) and state
management (Redux / Context API).
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain end-to-end web applications using Java and Spring
Boot.
Build responsive interactive and visually appealing user interfaces.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for efficient frontend–backend communication.
Ensure code quality maintainability and adherence to best practices.
Collaborate closely with designers QA and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.
Optimize application performance and scalability.
Troubleshoot and debug production issues effectively.
Participate in code reviews agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Good to Have

Exposure to Microservices architecture Spring Cloud or Kafka.
Experience with Docker Kubernetes or CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
Familiarity with testing frameworks (JUnit Jest React Testing Library).
Basic understanding of performance optimization and security best practices.

Required Skills:
