Job Summary

Position: IT Technical Business Analyst

Location: Tulsa OK (Candidate MUST be on-site 4 days per week for the duration of the contract) Address: 320 Boston 16^th Floor
locals only

Client: Bank of Oklahoma

6-month contract with very strong possibility to extend
Candidate MUST HAVE prior migration experience with MySQL or similar relational databases JIRA and IT background leading technical upgrade projects
STRONG communication
Banking/Financial Services experience strongly preferred
US Citizen or Green card holder ONLY
Will give strong preference to candidates already located in Oklahoma Texas Missouri and Arkansas

Job Description:

Seeking a highly skilled Technical Analyst contractor to lead and support upgrade initiatives across multiple platforms and applications. This role requires strong leadership in project execution deep technical acumen and the ability to drive continuous improvement in delivery practices.
Agile Delivery:
- Operate within Agile frameworks contributing to sprint planning backlog grooming and iterative delivery cycles. Champion Agile best practices across teams.
Technical Expertise:
- Lead multiple medium to large-scale upgrade projects from initiation through delivery ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards. Provide guidance on system architecture integration and optimization.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Partner with cross-functional teams including developers QA product owners and business stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Other Experience required:

Experience on a Scrum team or leading technical upgrade projects
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban SAFe)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
