Senior Product Owner

Required Skills Experience & Abilities:
1) Technical Knowledge & Understanding: Proficiency with software development processes technologies (e.g. APIs cloud services programming languages) and system architecture. Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and understand technical trade-offs. Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira Git or CI/CD pipelines.
2) Product Management & Strategy: Strong skills in product lifecycle management from ideation through launch and iteration. Ability to define product vision create roadmaps and prioritize features based on business impact and user needs. Experience with market research competitive analysis and customer feedback integration.
3) Data-Driven Decision Making: Capability to analyze data using tools such as SQL Excel Google Analytics or product analytics platforms (Mixpanel Amplitude). Use metrics and KPIs to drive product improvements and validate hypotheses. Comfortable with A/B testing user behavior analysis and interpreting technical data to inform decisions.
4) Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams including engineering design marketing sales and support. Skilled in managing expectations negotiating priorities and facilitating alignment among diverse groups.
5) User-Centric Mindset & UX Understanding: Deep empathy for users and strong focus on user experience design principles. Ability to translate user feedback and pain points into actionable product features. Familiarity with UX/UI basics and working closely with design teams to deliver intuitive and engaging products.

1) Will be responsible for charting and executing the course for customer and employee digital experience across our consumer distribution channels.
2) Will lead the software product development life cycle from inception to production launch and postproduction support.
3) Must possess strong technical background to ensure the web components design is modular & scalable.
4) Must have experience leading large cross-organizational software development projects.
5) Must have a well-rounded technical background in current web and micro-service technologies.
