Role Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in child and adolescent psychology and a strong commitment to supporting children with developmental delays learning difficulties and emotional concerns.
Location (On-site):
Vadodara Gujarat
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children.
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessment outcomes.
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with other professionals including special educators speech therapists and occupational therapists.
- Offer parental guidance and counseling to support family involvement in therapy.
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports.
- Participate in case discussions and team meetings.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children and adolescents (internship or professional).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with developmental disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorder ADHD and Learning Disabilities.
- Experience in behavior therapy play therapy or cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).
- Empathetic and patient-centered approach.
