Job Summary

We are seeking a Client Relationship Executive who will serve as the key link between our clients and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships ensuring smooth communication and coordinating effectively with the SEO PPC and Development teams. Flexibility to manage late-night calls and handle multiple clients efficiently is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients ensuring clear and consistent communication.

Conduct and manage post-sales client calls to understand ongoing requirements and expectations.

Translate client needs into actionable tasks for internal teams (SEO PPC and Development).

Coordinate task allocation monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of all client deliverables.

Maintain transparency with clients by providing regular updates reports and addressing queries promptly.

Foster strong client relationships through proactive engagement and issue resolution.

Keep detailed records of client interactions project status feedback and follow-ups.

Requirements

Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO PPC and web development.

Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Ability to work in flexible shifts including late-night client interactions when required.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

A proactive detail-oriented and team-driven attitude.

Prior experience in client servicing account management or digital marketing is preferred.
