Our client a private hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Nursing Educator/Trainer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and facilitation of nursing education programmes mentoring staff and ensuring continuous professional development.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements:

SANC registration as a Professional Nurse
Diploma/Degree in Nursing
Post Basic Qualification in Education and Training essential
Proven managerial experience in a healthcare setting
Strong presentation mentoring and facilitation skills
Ability to develop and implement training programmes aligned with clinical standards
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
