Provide technical training and handle qualification of inspectors
Technical review of inspection reports
Provide technical support to Customer Service Team
Review and monitoring of technical documents such as SOP WI
Perform field assessments of internal inspectors announced audit appointed by Manager;
Provide technical training to agent vendor factory if required
Handle equipment calibration: daily follow-up and internal calibration
Support QA coordinator to set up internal calibration procedures of equipment
Support management during technical meeting with customers
Back-up for inspection in order to secure the business
Other additional tasks delegated by direct manager or above
Substitute Technical Supervisor or direct manager
Qualifications :
College or University graduation major in the related inspection category
At least 3 years experience in related inspection activities
Fluent in both written and oral English
Necessary computer knowledge
