As a Bilingual Virtual Assistant your role will contribute to the success of the business by providing the best customer support and experience to our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide customer support and manage client communications
Handle calls and email inquiries
Administrative tasks such as A/R A/P Work order processing notices compliances lease renewals document preparation email management
Marketing and Social Media Management
Comply with client-specific Standard Operating Procedures in doing the day-to-day tasks
Proactively keep him/herself updated with changes in Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines.
Complies with VirtuallyinCredibles set of guidelines in the fulfillment of daily tasks.
Effectively represents VirtuallyinCredibles core values to anyone within or outside of the company.
Provide data and information to the leadership team as required.
Perform additional/other services that may be required from time to time which may or may not be related to the primary obligations stated above.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish
High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
2 years of Customer Service experience in inbound/outbound US voice accounts
Good American accent
Ability to manage multiple phone lines and prioritize tasks efficiently
High attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping
Team player with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
Quiet home office work environment
Fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10MBPS with internet backup available
Dependable electricity with power backup available
Computer RAM: At least 12 GB RAM Memory for Windows 8GB RAM for Mac
Computer Processor: AMD Ryzen 3 2200/i3 Intel 8th gen/i5 and above
Computer Operating System: Windows 11 or macOS (Sequoia Sonoma Ventura and Tahoe)
