Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Agent 1 - MonFri 7:30 AM5:00 PM EST (1-hour unpaid break)
- Agent 2 - evening and weekend calls *Wed - Sun 5 pm - 2 am (1-hour unpaid break)
- Client Timezone: Eastern Standard Time
Scope:
- Primary focus on inbound lead management and customer service
- No direct sales closing responsibilities - focus on qualification and intake but sales experience is required
- Multi-channel communication management across various lead platforms
- Integration with existing office team for call transfers and coordination
Responsibilities:
- Take inbound customer and lead calls as the initial point of contact
- Qualify leads and update customer records in CRM system
- Input customer information and details into CRM accurately
- Monitor different online lead platforms for new opportunities
- Respond to potential customers via text and email communications
- Answer basic questions that customers have about roofing services
- Transfer calls to appropriate departments and team members in the office
- Conduct follow-ups with prospects and existing customers
- Serve as intake specialist for all customer inquiries
Requirements:
- Customer service and Sales experience required for booking appointments and getting new clients
- Excellent communication skills - less accent close to neutral with good tone
- Strong communication skills for phone text and email interactions
- Experience with CRM systems and data entry
- Ability to qualify leads and ask appropriate discovery questions
- Comfortable with multi-platform communication (phone text email)
- Basic sales aptitude helpful but not required for closing
- Reliable internet connection and professional phone manner
- Customer service and Sales experience required for booking appointments and getting new clients
- Excellent communication skills - less accent close to neutral with good tone
