About the role
Our client is seeking a driven and proactive Internal Sales Agent to support our lending team. This is a customer-facing role focused on driving internal sales and guiding clients through the loan application process. The ideal candidate has a strong sales backgroundpreferably in the lending or finance spaceand thrives in a fast-paced results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily outbound calls to engage and qualify potential leads
- Assist in preparing and packaging loan applications for review
- Coordinate and facilitate the loan process from application through to funding
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the CRM
- Provide clear and consistent communication to clients throughout the process
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely loan processing
What Were Looking For
- Proven sales experience ideally in lending financial services or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle objections and professionally manage rejection
- A customer-first mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
