The ideal candidate will combine financial acumen with strong administrative skills to manage loan processes customer inquiries and data workflows for a fast-paced global environment.
Requirements
Administrative Support
- Manage client emails calls and messages; respond professionally.
- Prepare/edit/send client documents and lender forms.
- Maintain digital filing and compliance checklists.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
Loan Processing
- Collect/verify documents (payslips bank statements IDs).
- Enter data into CRM; ensure accuracy.
- Liaise with lenders for updates; track from submission to settlement.
Client Relationship Management
- Onboard clients; send milestones and reminders.
- Maintain CRM notes and follow-up schedules.
Marketing & Business Support
- Manage social media and website updates.
- Prepare newsletters/materials; support email campaigns.
Market Research
- Monitor competitors; track pricing/offers.
- Compile trend reports and identify gaps; track regulatory changes.
Islamic Finance Development
- Support professional development in Islamic finance principles.
- Stay aware of Sharia-compliant concepts; support ethical lending.
Required Skills:
Experience with specific platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Encompass LendingQB CashAssist) Knowledge of lending regulations (FDIC CFPB GLBA etc.) Familiarity with KYC/AML processes and risk management
Required Education:
Bachelors degree in finance or a related field
