The Billing and Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing cost estimates validating quantities and ensuring accurate billing for ongoing construction projects. The role requires a good understanding of civil and interior works rate analysis and coordination with site and procurement teams to maintain financial accuracy and project profitability.
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs BOQs and cost estimates from drawings and project documents.
Validate site measurements and prepare client and subcontractor bills as per contract terms.
Perform rate analysis for materials labor and subcontract work.
Assist in tendering and bid preparation for new projects.
Track project progress cost variations and maintain billing documentation.
Coordinate with site engineers procurement and finance teams to ensure billing accuracy.
Support the project management team with periodic MIS reports and financial updates.
Requirements
Qualifications
B.E./ or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
23 years of relevant experience in billing and estimation within the construction industry.

Required Skills:
Required Skills Strong knowledge of construction billing and estimation processes. Proficiency in MS Excel AutoCAD and estimation tools. Good understanding of civil/interior works and project drawings. Excellent analytical documentation and coordination skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in quantity measurement and costing. Qualifications B.E./ or Diploma in Civil Engineering. 23 years of relevant experience in billing and estimation within the construction industry.
