About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic DevOps Tech Lead to drive our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD initiatives. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with 812 years of experience in DevOps cloud platforms (AWS GCP or Azure) and infrastructure automation. You will lead a team of DevOps engineers and collaborate closely with development QA and security teams to build scalable secure and highly available systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the DevOps team to ensure delivery of robust reliable and scalable infrastructure.
  

• Design and implement cloud-native architectures using services on AWS GCP or Azure.
  

• Drive end-to-end CI/CD pipeline implementation automation and monitoring.
  

• Own the infrastructure as code (IaC) strategy using tools like Terraform CloudFormation or Pulumi.
  

• Manage containerized workloads using Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or EKS/GKE/AKS.
  

• Implement and manage monitoring logging and alerting systems (e.g. Prometheus Grafana ELK Datadog).
  

• Work closely with application development teams to support deployment strategies and environment setup.
  

• Enforce security best practices and compliance standards in cloud and DevOps processes.
  

• Optimize cloud cost performance and operational efficiency.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 812 years of experience in DevOps SRE or cloud infrastructure roles.
  

• Strong hands-on expertise with AWS GCP or Azure cloud services.
  

• Proven experience in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins GitLab CI GitHub Actions or ArgoCD.
  

• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform Ansible or CloudFormation.
  

• Experience in Docker and Kubernetes deployment and orchestration.
  

• Deep understanding of networking firewalls load balancing and DNS in cloud environments.
  

• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools like Prometheus Grafana ELK Stack or Datadog.
  

• Strong scripting skills in Python Bash or Shell.
  

• Experience in leading DevOps or infrastructure teams in agile environments.
  

Desirable / Bonus Skills:

• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
  

• Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture DevSecOps or compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO SOC2).
  

• Knowledge of serverless computing service mesh or observability stacks.
  

• Exposure to GitOps methodologies.
